Excellent Stay in the Heart of the City

The front desk staff accommodated our early check-in, a great help after our long journey. I recommend considering the VIP floor. Drinks at the bar were a delight. The location next to the dog park was wonderful for traveling with my pet. A birthday dessert plate and champagne arrived to the room, a kind gesture.

The air conditioning didn't work properly, it only blew air, not cooling.

The room was bright and spacious. The bathroom size was good, and the lighting was also very nice. The room spray added a special touch. My room was well laid out and clean. I found the room modern.

The location is great. It is only a 3-minute walk to the tram and metro, providing easy access to the city center. the staff ensured a great honeymoon welcome with gifts and complimentary champagne. the rooms were clean, and the ac was wonderful during the hot summer.

the room was so small, and i was not expecting that, especially since i booked well in advance. it made it difficult to move around freely and store our luggage comfortably.

The room had cool lighting and felt very modern. Breakfast was really good. I honestly loved the vast choice offered. The gym was also well equipped. I appreciated the free Gatorade.

Heating in the room wasn't working . The water pressure was weak. It made showering difficult. Old mixers for hot and cold water also made setting the water temperature tricky.
